Team Stadium (Class mode) is all about scoring points, NOT just about winning first place (though that helps).
The Point Meta
Different from Champions Meeting where victory is binary, Team Stadium rewards you for triggering skills.
- Gold Skills: Give significantly more base points than white skills.
- Unique Skills: Triggering your unique skill gives a massive point bonus.
- Positioning: Maintaining good position throughout the race awards points at checkpoints.
Building for Points
The optimal strategy for Team Stadium differs from serious racing builds:
1. Cheap Skills
Prioritize cheap white skills that are easy to trigger (e.g., "Corner Recovery", "Pace Keep") over expensive, powerful skills.
2. Consistency > High Roll
Avoid skills with strict activation conditions (e.g., "Activate when boxed in"). You want skills that go off 90% of the time.
3. Support Card Items
Use support cards that give "Hint" bonuses to reduce skill costs, allowing you to buy MORE skills.
Class Promotion
To maintain Class 6 (the highest rank), you typically need a team capable of scoring 500,000+ points consistently each week depending on the current server cutoff.
